It's large square tin box with three-pieces structure. The rolled outside lid with rolled inside body and bottom forms this square tin box. The shorter side of lid and two-pieces feature tin body with bottom makes this tin mold to be improved to automatic production line easily. This tin box could open a window on the lid or body area that customer could check the items on tins directly. This structure tin version couldn't be developed to child resistant tin box unless changing the body edge to rolled outside.

Comparing the rolled inside lid, this square tin box with rolled outside lid makes tin open easily. The rolled inside body with rolled outside lid makes tin box tighter, the rolled inside bottom makes the whole tin with nice outlook, and three-pieces sructure allows no artwork limit for this tin.
Custom Printing
All the artworking/embossing could be applied to this square tin version. Putting the artwork into template and then printing tin samples will be finished after 10 days. For this KIKOKO square tin box, it applied whole matt finish with mettalic printing style and it showed the darker and shiny that is really attractive.
Various Usage
It's designed for CBD tea bags or dry marijuana flower packgaing. The inside size length and width 4.76" and height 1.61" could pack more items like cartridge sets, storage box, concentrate glass jar set packaging.
