The hinged structure with hidden slot turns into smooth and stackable child resistant metal packaging that the appearance is the same as the regular tin box. Rolled inside edge holds the slot to constitute this child resistant mechanism - Press&Lift. Comparing the other child resistant tin version, this CR tin applies the original tinplate only that could allow the embossing and printing covering the whole surface. This square child resistant tin box was US certified. It's rolled inside lid and bottom with hinged structure that ensures the flat, smooth, portable, stackable and nice appearace. The invisible child-proof feature achieves the favorable packaging for pre-rolls. Hidden child resistant lock needs the instruction on artwork that could guide customer to open tin box easily. All of our child resistant tins were packed with opening style so that customer could pack their pre-rolls without opening tins.
Custom Printing
There is no limit for artwork printing because of the shorter height and regular tinplate material. Usually, most of cusomers apply glossy finish with embossing on tin or few customers applies laminated tinplate or soft tin - rubber oil tin to build a unique high-end brand for their pre-rolls, edibles. For regular customers, our suggestion is making metallic gold for logo matched embossing with glossy finish and rest of background with matte finish so that logo area will be shine.
Various Usage
The inside size 3.9"x3.9"x0.69" is designed for half gram 5 packs pre-rolls. Usually, adding gold color PS insert into this child ressitant tin box to pack pre-rolls is really a perfect option.
