This 96x60x14mm push-pull child resistant tin box, developed in 2019 and CR certified in 2020, is a classic child-resistant lock push-pull box. It has wide applications, a simple structure, high automation, and is inexpensive. Standardized stock is available for sale, making it ideal for start-ups. Its structure consists of an inwardly rolled lid and an outwardly flared body. The child lock mechanism is a press and push action. Structurally, this push-pull box cannot achieve a seal through its own material. However, a blister pack can be added to achieve a seal.
Certified Slide Child Ressitant Tin Case
This classic sliding child resistant tin box has been upgraded to a sealed child-proof lock sliding tin box, with two sealing methods. First, a clamshell pack is added to the sliding box to achieve a seal, but this compresses the internal dimensions. Second, aluminum foil matched PS insert is incorporated into the tin box to create a seal, but the aluminum foil requires heat sealing by a specialized packaging machine. Due to the different sealing requirements, the two types of sealed child-proof lock sliding tin boxes target different market groups.
Custom Printing
Most customers use glossy varnish printing for candy tins, while customers using them for pre-rolls prefer matte or fully matte varnish printing. Considering this tin's structure, matte varnish printing combined with a glossy logo in metallic printing is the best choice. The metallic printing will offset any whitening caused by stretching process, while the metallic area in the glossy varnish will highlight the logo's uniqueness.
Various Usage
This canister has a wide range of applications, with internal dimensions of 3.62" x 2.24" x 0.55". When used as mint packaging, this tin typically includes an inner metal tray to differentiate the mints. When used as pre-rolls packaging, it usually comes with an inner metal tray holding nine mini joints, PS insert for five half-gram pre-rolls, or four pre-rolls in sealed clamshell packs. For cartridge, it generally uses foam and paper card to hold half-gram or one-gram cartridge.
