The 100x60x21mm is an upgraded child resistant tin box with an Altoids structure. It features a stable child proof lock made of its own material, and the CR lock structure is clearly visible. This tin box was developed and ASTM certified in 2018. Based on its stable child lock structure, the tin box underwent an airtight upgrade in 2022, resulting in a 100% leak-proof tin box that can hold water and be shaken without leaking. Certified Airtight Child Resistant Tin
This child lock tin box received ASTM certification in 2018 and recertified by CR in 2021. Structurally, this tin box requires only eight sets of molds, minimizing manual labor, and its six production processes can be automated, thus reducing labor costs to a minimum. Furthermore, its canister shape can accommodate different liners or insert, simplifying assembly. The seal space is achieved through an added inner bottom support and foam pad gasket, a simple and cost-effective method, making it the lowest-cost hinged tin box structure currently available on the market.
Custom Printing
This retroflip child resistant lock tin box typically uses a matte or frosted metal background. Few customers with high-end needs require double-sided printing. Another option is to use frosted metal with a matte background to create a textured pattern.
Various Usage
The inside of this child resistant tin box 3.7" x 2.05" is typically packaged with a blister pack for five 0.5g pre-rolls. The hinged child resistant lock tin box with butter can also be used for gummy and cartridge packaging. The upgraded sealed child proof lock tin box with a paper insert is used for packaging 4-7 0.5g pre-rolls, or with a PS insert pack for 5-12 mini pre-rolls.
