3" Standup Airtight Hinged Child Resistant Tin Box for Pre-rolls
This 75x55x22mm child-resistant lock hinged standup tin box was developed in 2021 and completed child proof certification for the mint candy packaging market. The tin box underwent a CR lock upgrade in 2024. Its lid features a tilted, nodding design, and the tin body uses a standard two-piece structure with outward-curling edge. The child proof lock structure still uses the Gen1 design, making it a novel child-resistant lock tin box packaging. Compared to ordinary Gen1 tin boxes, this CR hinged standup tin box has a higher cost, but its structure is rare in the market, making it a child-proof lock tin box suitable for creating high-end or unique brands.
Certified Child Ressitant Tin Box Version
This child resistant tin box is ASTM certified and can be used directly in the US market. Its airtight is achieved by adding a plastic inner tray and foam gasket. The Standup tin box series includes a larger size version (92x62x26mm) with a child-resistant lock and seal space. This CR tin box can be used in various product packaging fields such as mint packaging, mini pre-rolls packaging, and candy packaging. It is a uniquely shaped, widely applicable, small, and compact child-proof lock sealable tin box.
Custom Printing
This child-resistant lock hinged tin case features a three-piece construction with no printing restrictions. However, its GEN1 structure makes matte finishing the best option. A large, double-sided, single-dark background with a light-colored logo or a highlighted area could make this tin case more attractive.
Various Usage
Its internal dimensions are 2.75" x 1.97". This standup CR tin box is typically used to hold mints. With the addition of an inner tray, this tin case can also be used to pack 5 mini prerolled joints. Its top pull tab allows the pre-rolls inside to be easily pulled out for customer convenience.
