The slide child resistant mechanism is the same as classcial slide tin version 96x60x14mm whose two grooves on rolled inside lid match two slots on rolled outside edge. Comparing 96x60x10mm that is designed for half gram pre-rolls, 114x74x15mm is designed for king size one or .7g and 1 gram pre-rolls. For this larger tin size, the soft tinplate material could be working aslo because the hands of children couldn't hold it fully and making the slot deep will keep child resistant slide lock stably. It's the largest slide tin version as a series of child resistant slide tin case 3.1", 3.78" and 4.5". All of these child resistant slide tin cases were passed US CR certification.

A series of slide child resistant tins were passed US CR certification like 79x54x14mm, 96x60x14mm and 114x74x15mm. This largest slide tin case applies the regular material with slot and grooves CR structure that could reduce the cost obviously, but the slots on bottom should be enlarged to lock groves on lid stably and the slots couldn't be sharp to cut hands. It needs the exact tin mold to match this technology and keep the premium quality. The CR certification is the proof that our child resistant standard is perfect.
Custom Printing
Comparing the other two child proof slide tin, the lighter color for tin bottom will be better because of the stretching process. In order to elimanating the stretching process, the lighter color matching metallic and matt finish could make all artworks to apply this child resistant slide tin box. Except for the artwork, embossing could be customized on lid only, the stretching process will break the tin bottom if making embossing on tin bottom.
Various Usage
The inside size 4.37"x2.8"x0.55"child resistant slide tin is designed for .7g and 1g pre-rolls packaging. The familiar structure with pretty appearance makes this slide child resistant tin more popular in the market. Considering the future packaging law, all the insert should be paper, pulp, silicone or metal material for pre-rolls packaging due to recycling material.
