This large hinged child resistant tin box applies the original tinplate to form child resistant mechanism. Two slots holding edge and elastic tinplate provides the stable child resistant function - Press&Lift. Comparing the normal tin box, this child resistant metal box can be working more times without deformation. It's developed in 2018 and popular in the market in 2020. Certified Large Hinged Child Ressitant Version
It's passed US CFR1700 with this child resistant lock. The appearance of this version is the same as the normal tin box - smooth and exquiste. Unlike more child resistant metal box with protruding plastic or metal pieces, this child resistant tin box applies exact tin mold and elastic tinplate material to achieve child resistant feature. The cost of this cartridge tin box could be lower due to the simple CR tin structure and automatic production line.
Custom Printing
The printing and embossing of this large Gen1 child resistant tin could be customized. For this cartridge hinged child resistant tin box, lighter color for tin bottom could reduce the effect of stretching process. Some professional designers will make artwork with metallic printing with matt finish on tin that will make this cartridge tin box more attractive.
Various Usage
The inside size 4.56"x2.2" is developed for 3 cartridges or 1 set cartridge packaging. Usually, most customers choose PS insert or paper insert for their cartridge packaging. For this cartridge tin box, it's upgraded to resealable airtight tin box version in 2024.
