The 120x60x21mm child-resistant lock tin can was developed in 2019 for storing gummy. This tin box retains the Gen1 child-proof lock structure but has been adjusted – the child resistant lock has been enlarged to accommodate the extended tin body. This tin body area is made of special tinplate to prevent deformation after repeated pressing, the radius of curvature has been increased to address ink burning issues during the stretching process, and the hinge has been enlarged to address instability when opening the extended tin body. In 2023, this tin box underwent a sealing upgrade, with the inner tin body fitting snugly against the inside of the tin box, reducing the need for manual adhesive application. The upgraded sealed tin can is also compatible with standard tinplate, reducing material costs. This tin box is a classic-looking, cost-effective child-resistant lock tin box with the best sealing performance.

Custom Printing
This tin box primarily uses a matte-to-gloss printing method, with most of the background printing done in matte varnish and a small portion in gloss varnish to highlight the glossy areas. A small number of clients opt for rubber oil varnish printing or laser tinplate to enhance brand image. In addition to lamination printing, accessories such as chocolate wrappers or greaseproof paper can also be custom-printed. All printing inks are food-grade and FDA-approved.
Various Usage
This tin box has internal dimensions of 4.56" x 2.05" and is typically packaged with a PS insert for packs of 3-14 pre-rolls1g each) or 5-7 prerolled joints (a matchbox). Besides pre-rolls packaging, this tin box can also be used with butter paper for packaging chocolates, candies, or cartridges.
