The 120x58x15mm hinged child resistant lock tin box, as a standard tin box, was one of the first sizes developed and is commonly used for packaging one-gram pre-rolls or cartridge kits. Compared to the 80x58x15mm child resistant lock tin box, this tin box offers two types of child proof locks: single-button and double-button. The single-button child lock tin can has a short button spacing, making it easy to open with one hand. The double-button tin box has a larger button spacing, requiring two hands to open. Both types of buttons are ASTM certified. Compared to the double-button type, the single-button type is cheaper and easier to open.
Large Child Resistant Hinged Tin Feature
This tin box has been upgraded to a sealed tin box, with two sealing methods. One method uses a silicone gasket with blister packaging; this seal isn't completely airtight, but its low price is its biggest advantage. The second method uses a silicone gasket with a silicone bottom to form a fully sealed tin box; this is more expensive, and the silicone on the bottom and lid is prone to sticking at high temperatures, making it suitable for storage at room temperature. For child lock tin boxes without accessories, this series of child resistant lock tin boxes has a clear structure and is more suitable as stock tin version.
Custom Printing
This child resistant lock tin box, along with the 80x58x15mm size tin box, is categorized as an in-stock size. Most customers use the sealed tin box with a silicone set. The printing method is a standard unprinted or blank white matte varnish, and the child resistant lock accessories are in the same color family. It is packaged in boxes of 200 for online retail. For customized printing, glossy/matte varnish/metallic coating foil gold printing is also possible.
Various Usage
This tin box has internal dimensions of 4.55" x 2.12" and is commonly used in packaging for 5 x 1g pre-rolls packs. The sealing version includes molds for both pre-rolls and candy, making it ready to use. In addition, this tin box can be designed as a kit for cartridge by adding an inner tray.
