This hinged tin case is designed for mints, chewing gum or tablets packaging. Comparing the other mints tin, taller tin body with compact mouth could provide and get chewing gum conveniently. The compound lid area could lock tin body tightly that wouldn't be opened by accidentally. There are three different heights for this tin - 40x21x40mm, 40x21x60mm, 40x21x75mm for different capacity. Due to the structure, the unit cost will be expensive than the other hinged tin box that is situable for high-end mints or chewing gum packaging. For this chewing gum, it could be developed to airtight version if using transparent shrink wrapping to pack tin body and lid that could keep chewing gum fresh and wouldn't increase the cost.

The Structure of Hinged Tin Case

It's four-pieces hinged tin version. Comparing the other child resistant chewing gum tin box, the lid of this tin case applies two-pieces structure that one piece is oval version and the other is smooth rectangular shape with slot. Oval edge could be opend easily and hidden rectangular shape with slot could lock tin body well. The narrow tin body could stock more chewing gum without damage under regular transportation and get it easily.

Custom Printing

The printing or embossing of tin case could be customized. There is no extra cost to add artwork on this chewing gum tin case and the customzied process is easily - putting the artwork on dieline and then we will finish tin samples. Making tin samples need 10-12 days, embossing wouldn't affact the unit cost, but it needs embossing cost $250.

The inside tin size is 1.58x0.78" that is designed for chewing gum packaging. For this high-end chewing gum tin case, it could pack mints, chewing gum, tablets, pill as an exquiste tin container. Unlike the regular chewing gum mints tin, this tin case could be upgraded airtight version.
