Triangle Child Resistant Tin Box
It applies the original elastic tinplate to form this child resistant triangle tin box that the child proof lock is "Press&Lift. The appearance and opening method is the same as Gen7 square child proof tin box, of which child resistant lock was designed in lid area. As Gen2 tin version, it's the hid child resistant mechansim to ensure the smooth appearance. The child resistant lock is made up of bumps on the necking of tin body matched rolled inside lid. There is no size limited for this child resistant structure that could customize triangle child resistant tin box with any tin size to pack different volume marijuana flower.
Triangle Child Resistant Feature
It's the same as Gen2 child resistant tin box that two slots on the necking of tin body area. The slots will lock the rolled inside lid when closing tin box. The child resistant mechanism is keeping "Pressing&Lifting" that pressing the tin body and then lifting lid is the only method to open this tin. Gen2 child resistant mechanism could be applied to triangle shape well because the elastic tinplate could provide enough elasticity for triangle tin structure. This child resistant lock could be applied to all kinds of tin structures and tin sizes. And it could be developed to airtight tin version.
Custom Printing
The artwork and embossing could be customzied. Putting the artwork into dieline and then triangle tin samples will be arranged. For this structure child resistant triangle tin box,there is no limit for artwork working. If it's airtight triangle child resistant tin box packaging, the lid area will be higher that the color should be designed with lighter color in case the corners become whiter when tinplate is pulled.

It's designed for special market. Usually, it's as dry marijuana flower or edibles/gummies tin box packaging because of the unique triangle shape in the market and the size could be customized.
