The 80x58x15mm hinged child resistant tin box with a push-button design is an earlier developed type of child proof lock tin can. Its external CR lock allows for easy opening without additional instructions. The tin box features an inward-rolling lid and a tapered bottom. While the tin body and lid are produced using automated methods, the child proof lock components still require manual handling, which prevents it from reaching the cost of Gen1 child resistant tins. Due to its early market share and standard size, the 80x58x15mm child resistant tin box is one of the most popular tins in the US market. This packaging is well-suited for large brands' distribution strategies or for smaller brands entering the market. However, for newly established brands, customized child proof lock tins are more attractive.
The feature of small hinged child-resistant tin
The 80x58x15mm tin box has been upgraded to a child-reistant locking airtight tin box, with two sealing structures: A silicone gasket combined with blister packaging achieves 60% to 70% sealing; if stored in a temperature-controlled, dry environment, the product quality will not be affected. A silicone gasket combined with a silicone tray achieves 95% sealing; even in harsh environments, the product inside will be largely unaffected, but this method is more expensive. If there are no special requirements for airtight tin box packaging, this is a good choice.
Custom Printing
This type of tin box, being the largest stock of child resistant lock tin box on the market, is typically white coating printing with white or black printing. Custom artwork child resistant lock tin box usually use matte printing with embossing. Some clients with high-end printing needs use double-sided printing or rubberized printing, and laminated printing.
Various Usage
This tin measures 3" x 2.12" internally and is typically packaged with a blister pack for five mini pre-rolls. Due to its small size, it's also used to hold one or two gummy. Additionally, it's a good option for packaging mints.
