Its sealing structure is made entirely of tinplate with a silicone gasket, but its high price and low market recognition have resulted in a consistently low market share. The hidden child resistant lock requires specially printed instructions to open, and the tin inner tray's limited flexibility makes it difficult for some customers to open. Compared to other tin boxes with child proof lock accessories, this tin version doesn't offer a significant advantage, but its fully environmentally friendly, airtight child resistant lock feature makes it a popular choice in the high-end packaging market.
Gen2 Child Resistant Tin Box
This tin box is made of environmentally friendly materials, a standard in the high-end market. The Gen2 tin box series has passed ASTM certification and is ready for immediate use in the market. Its concealed structure allows for promotion as a niche, specialized product. Compared to tin boxes in the high-end market, its cost is relatively low. The GEN2 child resistant lock series, with the same structure, is available in the same sizes to package different types of products for customers. This tin box can be considered as a high-end tin box packaging option.
Custom Printing
This product features a stretchable, necking design, requiring special treatment of the bottom rounded corner area to address the issue of color fading during stretching and printing. The top of the tin box has an indenter for silicone, which needs to be properly concealed during engraving. Generally, double-sided matte printing is more suitable for this product's high-end positioning.
Various Usage
The internal dimensions of this tin box are 4.17 x 2.25". It was originally designed for five half-gram prerolled joints. Given the shape of the tin box, it would be a good choice to use it with a blister pack to hold chocolates, gummy bears, or cartridges.
