Custom Printing
Due to its height, the rounded corners are prone to showing white areas. The design primarily uses a single color scheme to mitigate this. This tin box requires gold foil printing, so the printing method uses white foam with gloss varnish for the gold parts and matte varnish for the background. However, the transparent metal metallic makes the entire cream background appear dull, which can only be mitigated by adding more white to the base color.
Various Usage
Its internal dimensions are 72x52mm, and it was originally designed to hold 14 pre-rolls. However, due to its versatile space and perfect seal, this tin box can be packaged in a non-stick gummy way by adding a butter paper insert.
