4" Hinged Rectangular Tin Box for Mints Packaging

This hinged tin box is classic tin to pack mints in the market like Atoids or Mr Moxey's. Usually, it packs 12g, 20g, 50g or 75g mints. The rolled outside lid and bottom could keep tin box tighter and open tin easily, the flat lid and bottom could achieve the accurate artwork working, the standard R corner could release more space to add accessories like butter paper or paper insert or pack more mints. Except for 4" hinged tin size, 3.15" and 2.36" smaller hinged tin sizes are available for different volume mints packaging. Usually, most of customers choose shrink wrapping as airtight option for this mints pack and some customers choose mylar bag to pack mints at first, then pack mylar bag by this hinged tin. This classical hinged mints tin box is recyclable metal packaging without plastic. Except for mints packaging, it could be used as tablets packaging.  

Classic Hinged Mints Tin Box 

This hinged tin box is developed on 2009 that is designed for mints packaging. Unlike Atoids tin, the R rorner of this hinged mints tin is reducded so that the outside appearance will be exquiste, the rolled inside is changed to rolled outside so that tin box will be tightly when closed, the rolled outside lid and bottom edge could be applied automatic machine easily so that the unit cost could be reduced sharply. It belongs to optimized hinged mints tin box that will be a premium option for mints or tablets packaging. 

Stock Version and Custom Printing

As the higher edge of tin bottom, the lighter color for tin bottom edge will be more suitable because darkner color in this tin bottom will be lighter after stretching process. Usually, some customers applies metallic coating as background so that there is no limit for this hinged mints tin box. As a classic hinged mints tin box, matt finish will be better.   

Various Usage

Usually, this mints hinged tin box is applied to pack mints or tablets. As THC infused products developing from 2018, this hinged mints tin box was improved to hinged child resistant tin verison. The larger inside space with good-looking appearance attracts more customers to pack pre-rolls, mints, gummies by this hinged tin.
