This 2.1 inches square child resistant tin is made of three pieces - tin lid, body and bottom. The rolled inside edge on lid locks two slots of sides on the step of body to form a stable child resistant feature. For this three-pieces child resistant tin version, it could be upgraded to 100% airtight condition if adding plastic holder in body and foam pad in lid. The airtight child resistant tin is stable and cost-effective structure in the market.
Custom Printing
For three-pieces structure child resistant tin, there is no printing limit. Usually, most of customers choose matte finish with embossing for their brand. If you want to build a high-end brand, special ink like soft touch - rubber oil or orange peel oil, laminated tinplate will be your option. Generally, metallic gold with glossy finish matched matte finish background will be enough for a famous brand.
Various Usage
The inside 1.88 inches square tin is designed for dry marjuana flower or 20 gummies. Most customers applies one-off shrink wrapping as their airtight method, but gummies will go bad gradually after opening tins. But this tin is upgraded to reseable tin version after adding plastic holder that could pack gummies with freshness always. Except for gummies, airtight condition tin could pack gummies or pre-rolls also.
